At CuroHerb, we aim to deliver your order safely and on time. Every package is handled with care so you receive fresh and authentic products.

Processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 working days. (Orders placed on Sundays/Holidays are processed the next working day).
Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes 3–7 working days depending on your location. Remote areas may take slightly longer.

Shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout.
Free Delivery may be available during special offers.
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via Email or WhatsApp for real-time updates.

Our courier partner will make two attempts to deliver your package. If failed, it may be returned to us.
Please ensure your address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses.

If your product arrives damaged or an item is missing, please follow these steps strictly:
